In a week when golf featured so prominently at school it was very appropriate that we also held the Family Golf Day. There were 50 players and a few spectators, as well as Rob, our golf coach, all enjoying the wonderful Windlesham House grounds.
We were treated to bacon rolls and delicious cupcakes thanks to the Friends of Windlesham.
The golfers ranged from complete beginners to seasoned players and they all had a brilliant, if rather hot, day. There were lots of prizes and happy players.
A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in organising the event, coming along and making the incredibly generous donations for the golf simulator – we are nearly there.
