This morning we held our first parent workshop centred around our approach to relational practice. Using the Paul Dix method of ‘When the adults change, everything changes’, we talked about the journey Windlesham House has been on to develop positive relationships as part of our behaviour management strategy. The second part of the workshop included diving into Paul’s latest publication, ‘When the parents change, everything changes’. Lots of tips to take away and a very positive session.
