Diploma programme – Year 7 science projects

Part of our bespoke Diploma and Futures Programme, Year 7 pupils have chosen an area of science that interests them. Currently working on the “experiment” part of their projects, they are planning, researching and conducting investigations in their chosen field. There are many exciting and varied activities from investigating how the number of mentos affects the spray height of coca cola to seeing whether bread always lands butter side down.

The Windlesham House Diploma replaces and enhances the common entrance route with a rich and rigorous curriculum along including essential social, leadership and team skills. In conjunction with the school’s ACE learning Habits, it will ensure our pupils become accomplished confident and resilient young people.
