The 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are an important part of the global strategy to address climate change, environmental degradation, poverty and inequality.
The pupils in the Eco Club have been learning a bit about the SDGs and what we can do individually and collectively to contribute to the success of the goals. We have selected certain goals and targets to work towards as part of our school Green Plan and you will be hearing more about what we are doing at Windlesham House in the coming weeks. Our focus will be Sustainable Consumption (in food and goods), Climate Action, Life Below Water and Life on Land.
Windlesham House were shortlisted finalists for the Tatler School Awards 2023.
