Pupil Travel Liaison & Office Assistant

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, IT savvy individual to join our small friendly school office team for January 2022. You will be someone who enjoys a role with a variety of responsibilities, can manage multiple deadlines and tasks, and in particular, has a keen eye for adding value and improving processes.

This role has three primary areas of responsibility:

  • Management of all school travel arrangements including taxis, the weekend and daily mini bus and the management of beginning and end of term travel arrangements (international and domestic)
  • Evening sign out & responsibility for school office queries
  • Sole responsibility for the school office on Saturday mornings

Hours of work – term time only + 4 weeks during school holidays

Tuesday to Friday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (c. 26 per academic year)

Sports Coach

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach for January 2022 to coach a variety of sports and to support the Director of Sport and Head of PE in the implementation and delivery of the School’s games programme. The successful candidate will be qualified to coach in more than one sport and preferably have experience of working with children.

Minibus Driver

Windlesham House is seeking a part-time Minibus Driver to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be required to provide a safe and courteous morning transport service for our children.

Successful candidates should be confident in interacting with children and be able to maintain a good atmosphere on the bus. A full driving licence with D1 entitlement is essential.

Hours are Monday to Friday 6:00am to 08:30am
