Windlesham House was represented at the National Schools Equestrian Association’s first competition of the year at Coombelands on Sunday 15 October.

Hali was first to enter the ring on her pony, Dillon, competing in the 60cm class. She jumped confidently and finished with eight faults. Hali has been quietly working with her five year old Ted, during the summer and it’s testament to her composed nature that she brought Ted to this relatively intense environment for his first ever competition. They calmly entered the 70cm class and again finished with 8 faults and impressively, no drama. Max V rode Harry around the 50cm course where he they had one stop and finished with 4 faults.

The NSEA competitions are designed to encourage new riders, alongside those with experience. Please contact Windlesham House if you have an enthusiastic child, as the team is keen to have more riders.
