Choosing the right school is one of the most important investments a family can make. At Windlesham House, our fees represent far more than an outstanding education. They provide an exceptional childhood where every child is known, encouraged and given every opportunity to flourish.

From the moment children arrive until the end of the day, they are immersed in a warm, nurturing environment where learning extends far beyond the classroom. Exceptional pastoral care, inspiring teaching and an extensive co-curricular programme are woven into everyday school life allowing children to discover new interests, develop lifelong friendships and grow in confidence.

Our fees include wraparound care from 7.30am to 6.30pm for prep school pupils, with dedicated provision for our younger Pre-Prep children and flexible boarding options for families who need them.

What are the termly pre-prep fees?

The pre-prep fees cover the school day from 8.00am to 3.30pm. There is a small additional charge for wrap-around care.

All fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Flexi boarding options are also available; please enquire for fees.

Registration fee and deposits

Please note that there is a registration fee of £180 (inc VAT) for every applicant. A deposit will be payable to secure your child’s place once an offer has been made.

UK pupils – £1,800 (inc VAT)
International pupils – one term’s fees. For pupils requiring student sponsorship, there is a £1,500 per term surcharge
Short term pupils staying less than one academic year, there is surcharge of £1,200 (inc VAT) per term

Transport

Daily local minibus: Zone A – £5.10 per journey | Zone B – £8.50 per journey
Weekly London bus – £42.50 per journey

Additional fees

Co-Curricular

80% of our co-curricular programme is including in the fees. The charges for the remaining are included in our termly co-curricular programme.

Music fees

Instrument and singing tuition: Prep – £39.00 per lesson | Pre-Prep – £26.50 per lesson
Instrument hire: £60 per instrument per term

Languages

Learning another language – £54.00 per hour
English for speakers of other languages – £57.50 per session

What makes Windlesham House's fees good value?

Our all-inclusive approach means minimal extras, with meals, laundry, wrap around care and most activities included in the termly fee.

Extended day included
Day pupils can arrive at 7.30am and stay until 6.30pm with no additional charges for extended care

All meals provided
Three delicious, nutritious meals daily plus snacks and fruit during breaks are all included

Laundry service
Daily sports kit washing for day pupils and comprehensive laundry service for boarders means less work for families

Activities included
85% of our extensive co-curricular programme is included, with no hidden extras for most clubs and activities

Saturday programme
Our popular Saturday enrichment programme with over 20 activities is included in the fees
