Windlesham House delivered a stunning performance at the IAPS basketball finals on Saturday, emerging as national champions against all odds. As one of the smallest teams in the competition, the squad showed extraordinary heart and determination, with relentless, tigerish defending led brilliantly by Jack.

The standout of the tournament was Alejandra, who lit up the court and was named tournament MVP. The organiser described her as “probably the best player to have ever graced the tournament.” Alejandra finished with an incredible 32 points — the highest in the entire competition — including 11 crucial points in a tense semi-final against reigning champions The Hall.

A phenomenal achievement from a remarkable team. Huge congratulations to the team and Coach Duncan!
