We were thrilled to welcome S.J. Willis, author of the gripping Bite Risk series, for an unforgettable visit that kept pupils on the edge of their seats. Sophie captivated the audience as she revealed the inspiration behind her werewolf thriller and explored the intriguing question that drives much of her writing: just how strange can “normal” really be?
Her talk set the stage perfectly for a series of spine‑tingling horror‑writing workshops. Pupils were challenged to dive deep into their imaginations, crafting their own chilling tales and experimenting with tension, atmosphere, and suspense.
