Windlesham House Golf

Nestled in the heart of the Sussex countryside on a 65 acre country estate, the course offers beautiful views of the south downs. A course perfect for juniors and adults alike either learning or perfecting aspects of their game, golfers will enjoy a round of golf surrounded by natural beauty.

Our nine hole “Downs Course” at Windlesham House was designed in 19XX by Lady Jane Denman, a prominent figure in the early days of the Ladies European Tour and considered one of the Women’s Professional Golf Association (WPGA) pioneers.

About Rob

Since early 2018, Rob has been dedicated to junior development and now specialises in this area. Proud to have created the biggest junior academy in Sussex with over 130 juniors receiving coaching on a weekly basis, Rob coaches a wide range of juniors from participation level through to elite national level. He is also an England golf regional coach for the south-east girls and lead coach for Sussex girls.

Rob’s mission with all the juniors he works with is to “have a positive influence on personal growth”, always working to evolve junior coaching and ensure it is at the forefront of junior golf development.

At participation level coaching, Rob has a predominantly games-based approach, creating maximum enjoyment and learning for our junior golfers. Year on year, juniors working with Rob progress to the Sussex county programs and England golf regional programs. Within Elite junior golf Rob has supported players to achieving success in national events. Alongside Rob’s keen focus on juniors and their development
