Resident Boarding Assistant

We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to support the boarding staff in their day-to-day operations. During the day there is an expectation that they will also be involved in sports coaching and assisting the sports department in delivering high quality PE and games lessons. The successful candidate should be genuinely interested in the welfare of the children and have good organisational and communication skills. Previous boarding experience is not essential, but an advantage, as training will be provided.

A proactive approach to engaging with young people is essential and the role will require ongoing personal and professional development to ensure the highest standards of care and pupil development.
